Osman is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and the Founder of Tuhin & Partners, where he leads work across corporate legal, tax, investment and regulatory matters.
His route into law began while studying business. He saw that sustainable companies depend not only on commercial ambition, but on understanding the rules, approvals and governance structures beneath every important decision. That insight led him to legal practice and continues to shape the way he advises today.
Since entering the profession in 2013, Osman has worked with local and foreign investors on the establishment and operation of businesses in Bangladesh. His experience includes foreign investment structuring, corporate and commercial matters, tax and regulatory compliance, permits, licences and commercial litigation.
Good legal advice should make the next decision clearer.
In 2019, he founded Tuhin & Partners to bring legal, tax and compliance thinking together under one roof. The firm’s work reflects his preference for practical, integrated advice: understanding the commercial objective, identifying the sequence of legal steps and helping clients maintain momentum.
Osman also contributes a Bangladesh perspective to cross border professional networks. He is profiled as a Senior Associate of emltc and as a Board Member of the Legal Business Council within the International Trade Council.
He is particularly interested in the future of legal work, including technology enabled research and learning, deeper specialisation, international collaboration, and stronger corporate governance. Away from practice, his interests include animals, gardening, travel, mountaineering and bonsai.
